3 ways to be more positive

Being positive requires a conscious effort; you have to make the decision to be positive. 



Of course sometimes it’s hard to stay positive, we are going to face hard times in our lives, we all lose someone, and we argue with people we love or we break up with our partners for example. In these situations it’s hard to stay positive and it’s better to let yourself feel those emotions for a little bit; but when it’s over, it’s over. 






Make the decision today to be more positive and try these habits to help you get there.



1. Decide to find what’s good about a negative situation. There’s always something good in everything, even a lesson. So focus on that and don’t let the situation consume you.


2. Find positivity everywhere. Surround yourself with positive people, listen to positive music and read/watch good news. 


3. Start your right. Have a list of affirmations you can use every day to set the mood for the day, you can go for a walk, go to the beach, meditate and the list of positive things to do go on. A stress-free morning leads to less stress.
