Have a clear skin!

I have great information today on how to look younger and you will love this post because this is gonna be cheap, no products, no chemicals, just food! 

You read that right, having healthy eating habits will not only help you have a slim and healthy body but will also help you have great skin.

There are lots of superfoods out there that we need in our diet, fruits and vegetables for example are antioxidants which will help you look young!

Let's know more about these super foods and the specific benefits from each group:

  • Vitamin B6
      • cauliflower
      • sunflower seeds
      • walnuts
      • avocado 
      • bananas
      • spinach 
    • Vitamin B6 will help you keep hormone levels in balance so no breakouts occur.
  •  Fruits
    • Well we all know fruits are the best choice for almost everything but did you know it has lots of antioxidants that will help you look younger? 
  •  Whole grains
      • brown rice
      • wild rice
      • oatmeal
    • It's a source of fiber which helps to keep skin clear by flushing out toxins. 
These are the most common foods in each group but my advice is to make your own list and choose the food you like most to be included in your diet.

Of course stay away from sugar, processed and greasy foods and caffeine, these are simply not good for your body or skin.
