The 7 minute HIIT workout

A month ago I came across an app named "Seven" and since I didn't know what this "7" meant I decided to do some research.

The 7 minute Workout is based on the popular science of high-intensity interval training or HIIT; but what is HIIT?

*High-intensity interval training is a form of exercise that involves short, intense bursts of exercise
and slower recovery periods. 

This 7 minute workout was first published in the New York Times and has, since then, become very popular, you basically have to workout for 7 minutes a day and you'll notice that even with just a few minutes you can make a big difference.

Most of us have really busy schedules and can't seem to find time to exercise or we simply make excuses to not work out but with this new app/routine being busy won't be a problem anymore!
